I gave my new travel agent its own room before giving it any more freedom\.

Instead of connecting it to everything my main assistant Oscar already knew, I set up a separate place for it to work: its own memory, one job, and a door I can close\. The rest of my conversations stayed with Oscar\.

I’m setting up the travel agent to handle the ordinary work around a trip\. The goal is to keep the right details together, notice what changed, and bring me the useful answer without making me search through everything again\. It shouldn’t need every part of my life to do that\.

Before the new travel agent could take over from Oscar, the system still required a restart and a quick identity check\. I stopped there and confirmed that the travel agent, not Oscar, was the one answering my request\.

I want my personal agents to work together when I ask, but I don’t want convenience to quietly become permission to do anything (that’s called ‘drift’ in AI\-speak)\. A specialist should begin with the information needed for the job, not everything the whole system happens to know\. If more access would help later, I can make that choice after the smaller version proves itself\.

That feels like a better way to travel with agents: give each one enough room to be useful, then decide which doors should open next\.
