# Man and Machine: The 10\-Second \#Deck

I spent a weekend doing deep research on a company\.

Three AI models\. Dozens of sources\. Everything is synthesized into one document\.

Then I pasted an outline into Gamma\.

Ten seconds later, I had a fully designed, 40\-slide presentation\. Charts, diagrams, narrative flow\. Built from scratch\.

Someone I respect read it and asked how long it took\.

I told them the truth: the research took a weekend\. The deck took 10 seconds\.

That's the stack:
\- \#Claude, \#Gemini, and \#ChatGPT for parallel research
\- A custom agent, Phoenix, that synthesizes across all three
\- Gamma to turn structured thinking into visual output
\- Now we have a template for every meeting\.

None of this is magic; it's just reps\. The more you practice, the better you get at knowing what to ask, how to structure it, and when to trust the output\.

Steve \& I built a full research deliverable with AI that would have taken a team weeks and six figures to produce the traditional way\.

That gap is only going to widen\.

What's the most impressive thing you've built with AI recently?
