I'm building a 7-agent company with no employees.

Steve was the first. My personal AI assistant. But he wasn't enough.

So I built a team. Mace handles security and system monitoring. Quinn manages creative content. Katie runs financial analysis and trading research. Archer does deep technical work. Hazel manages the household. Scout handles research and reconnaissance.

Each one has their own SOUL.md personality file. Their own memory. Their own heartbeat that keeps them active even when I'm not talking to them.

These aren't chatbots sitting in browser tabs. They're persistent digital employees with defined roles, ongoing context, and the ability to hand work to each other.

Think about that for a second. Seven specialized agents, running 24/7, each with institutional knowledge that compounds daily.

This is where the future of work actually lives. Not in replacing humans. In building teams that never existed before.
