Each entry states its basis and a confidence level; "high" means the claim follows directly from published rule definitions, "medium" means it depends on institutional practice or interpretation.
Every entry shows when its governing rule took force, which edition it targets, when it was last verified, and whether anything has superseded it. Entries flag themselves as aging after 180 days without verification and stale after a year. Each entry says whether it is a draft, corroborated against one or more named public sources, or verified against the governing text. Where an entry could not be drawn from the governing authority's own text, it says "not from operator's text" and rests on at least two independent published sources on different hosts; it never claims high confidence. The counts on this page come from the records themselves, and the page never implies more checking than was done.
